1 day course, learning the near forgotten art of Fish Skin Tanning and creating an incredibly soft, strong and beautiful salmon leather to take home.

The experience is suitable for all abilities and is a guaranteed relaxing and satisfying day learning a fantastic new skill.
You’ll leave with the skills to be able to practice what you’ve learnt on your own and of course, you’ll take home your piece of leather for crafting.
The course is hosted in our newly restored 19th Century stone outbuilding on our smallholding in the Brecon Beacons, South Wales. We lay on all the tea and coffee you can drink and provide motivational snacks. Please bring your own lunch (which you are welcome to cook over our woodburning stove) and some sturdy shoes.
