We had such a blast last weekend at Wilderness Festival.  The set up was quite different to what we’re used to and to what we’ve done there before but a really refreshing change.  We were set up at the new Filson stage by the waters edge, and offered craft workshops on a ‘first come first served’ basis, and were joined by speakers, musicians, poets and storytellers over the weekend.  We offered Spoon Carving, Axe Throwing and Hazel Bow Making.  It was a magical mix!

Our highlight was the 150plus strong queue for the Axe Throwing, which had everyone cheering and really getting into the spirit.

Filson were great to work with and were really pleased with the two canoe paddles Steve carved for them for their Soho shop – they’ll be going on display there soon, so we’ll be sure to post a picture when they’re up.
